Primo opened its doors for business on November 26, 2007.
The restaurant is locally owned by three well-known individuals: Bob Wolf, Mark Schultz, and Tony Scheidecker.
Bob Wolf also owns the Roxy Supper Club located at 571 North Main Street in downtown Oshkosh.
Mark Schultz owns Oblio's, a well-known tavern, located at 434 North Main Street in downtown Oshkosh.
John Arps Jr., son of the late John "Butch" Arps, was Primo's original head chef. He now resides in Florida and decided to take on a new adventure in his life.
Tony Scheidecker has worked for Bob Wolf/John Arps for 10 years. He was in a 4 year apprenticeship program.
Primo's location at 2605 Jackson Street is the previous location of the famous Marco's, which John's father owned along with Butch's Anchor Inn.
