Primo Italian Restaurant is located on 2605 Jackson St. in Oshkosh, and opened its doors for business on Nov. 26, 2007.

The three owners of the restaurant are well known in the Oshkosh area. Bob Wolf owns the Roxy Supper Club located on 571 N. Main St. in downtown Oshkosh. Mark Schultz owns a well-known tavern named Oblio's, located at 434 N. Main St. in downtown Oshkosh. John Arps Jr. son of the late John "Butch" Arps is head chef. The building previously housed Marco's, which John's father owned along with Butch's Anchor Inn.
